Bing Blog #24

"Rally Ribbons" --
October 17, 2006

I have a brag. It occurred to me yesterday.

I have a huge brag.

Bing went away with us for the weekend. He stayed two nights in two different hotels, spent an entire day at a dog show, trialed twice, walked around historic Kingston, NY on Saturday afternoon late, walked around all of Woodstock on Sunday for over 1-1/2 hours with people googling over him, took treats from tons of people including a bunch of kids, and never ONCE, not ONE TIME, did he feel the need to snap or give whale eye!

Not only that, the two times he DID feel a bit worried, he turned away from the person and gave me a default happy smiley look!!!!

Woohoo!!!! This is what I talked about long long ago with another trainer friend...like in January???

Hey. He's not perfect, but that's really a testament to all the work we've done and all the support my friends, trainers and even students have all given me in one way or another.

And on top of that, a 198 is pretty darned good for a first-time rally score!!!

And I can't forget Acacia. Her high score was 203 and her focus was the best it's ever been.

Ali

Bing is focused and having fun.

Acacia was telling me how much fun she had in the ring.
